Qualifications:
- Fluent in English
- Great communication skills
- Practical work experience with in Tech support or related departament
- Good overall knowledge of Networking
- Advance knowledge of Windows desktop OS family
- Basic knowledge of Windows server OS family
- Basic knowledge of Linux OS
- Basic knowledge of PC hardware and Server hardware
- Ability to pick up technologies quickly and learn new skill
Desirable:
- Experience with Raspberry Pi computers
- Basic knowledge of Bash and Python
- Basic knowledge of Cloud based architecture – AWS
- Basic knowledge of VPN
- Basic knowledge of Agile and SCRUM methodologie
- Out of the box thinking
